Curtis oversees the strategic direction & growth of the business and ensures that GDC always delivers innovative and customer-centric solutions to its clients.
He has undertaken work in a diverse range of industries and is responsible for developing business goals & objectives.

Curtis has experience in both resource procurement and labour relations. Over a broad selection of projects, he shows exceptional communication & interpersonal skills with a clear understanding of arbitration procedures, negotiation processes and conflict resolution.

Darren Donohue is GDC’s National Operations Manager, overseeing operational performance, project delivery support, and team coordination across Australia. With a strong background in construction operations and business management, Darren plays a key role in ensuring GDC’s systems, people, and processes work together efficiently to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.
Known for his practical leadership style and strong focus on accountability, Darren works closely with project teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to support smooth day-to-day operations and consistent project execution. His ability to manage priorities, streamline workflows, and maintain clear communication helps ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to GDC’s high standards.

Krithi supports GDC across HSEQ, Compliance, and Financial Services, helping ensure the business operates safely, efficiently, and in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Her role spans compliance management, business administration, financial support, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. With a strong attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence, Krithi plays an important role in supporting both project delivery and the ongoing success of the organisation.
